The Relationship Model™

Introduction

The Relationship Model™ is a new model of governance, leadership and management based on Biblical principles, common sense and the understanding that relationships are the human operating system. Values, structure and process are the three basic components of relationships. The core values of Affirmation, Involvement and Servant Leadership are the foundation for Authority with Limitations, Responsibility with Expectations and mutual Accountability.

Based on Biblical principles of relationships, the Model is designed for Christian faith-based organizations, but will work in any not-for-profit organization based on human relationship values.

The Relationship Model™ is being used widely in small, local congregations and large, complex congregations of many denominations.  The Model is applicable in any culture, since the basic design of successful and productive relationships is universal.
