Using distance delivery technologies, we will guide you through a lesson that explains the 3 basic elements of the Relationship Model™ and provides a learning experience using various methods of web-based training.

During this 2 to 3 hour self-paced course, you will be introduced to:

• The 3 main elements of the Relationship Model™ -values, structure and processes
• 4 commonly used learning tools-content delivery, scenarios, self-check evaluations and discussion groups. 

You can expect to spend 2 - 3 hours discovering how content is delivered, and how learning interactions with other participants can be developed. More importantly, you will begin developing an understanding of how the Relationship Model™ can help an organization improve its effectiveness through designing governance structure and through strategic planning. We will even show you how to increase board and staff fulfillment within the boundaries created by available resources.
